About the role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join to lead the Rippling’s IN/SG (India/Singapore) Payroll Engineering Team by bringing in vision in collaboration with product and fellow engineers..

What you'll do

• Own and deliver multi-team, quarterly goals, taking responsibility for project success, and aligning team goals with organizational priorities
• Convert complex requests into scalable, clean designs and code; serving as a multi-system architecture expert; proficiently debugging
• Contribute to the development of robust and scalable systems supporting IN/SG payroll
• Write clean, maintainable code, contribute to improving our tech stack and processes
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, other teams, and third party system to build and ship product features
