Cost Analyst - BIW Mechanism

About the role

Commodity COST ANALYST is highly responsible & trusted profession, it involves following contribution to the organisation. Control the cost and optimize the technical specifications of the parts in the commodity Sustain & develop a good level of cross functional and cultural relationship with all customers.

What you'll do

• Costing and reporting of the mechanisms (Window regulator, Wiping, Washing,Hinge) based on Milestones of each Project ( Bottom costing, RFQ, COST, F4, IP/PB )
• Responsible to follow Costing guide line and Ref. data & support to Update CGL
• Capitalization of product and process data pertaining to the Commodity ( SQ, Infosite, Cost reports etc)
• Give proposals for cost reduction opportunities in the soft trims parts manufacturing processes
• Challenge the suppliers / Stakeholder with proper technical and economic background explanations

• Costing
