About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thinks in systems, builds in prototypes, and ships with urgency. This isn't a role for people who write PRDs and hand them off. It's for someone who can go from a customer conversation to a working proof of concept in days, not sprints. You'll work directly with our founding team across the full product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Build first, spec second
- Prototype ideas using AI-powered tools like Lovable, Claude, and Cursor to create working demos before a single line of production code is written
- Engineers should be able to pick up where you left off
- Own AI feature development end-to-end
- Identify where AI agents, LLMs, automation can eliminate friction in professional services workflows
