AI Delivery Manager

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to design, develop, and operationalize Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role owns GenAI solutions end‑to‑end for defined use cases and applies strong technical judgment to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and adopted in production.

What you'll do

• Design and develop GenAI applications, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agent‑based workflows, with supporting Python automation where appropriate
• Select appropriate models, tools, and frameworks based on quality, latency, cost, and security requirements
• Build GenAI solutions from design through production deployment and iteration for assigned use cases
• Define solution architectures aligned with enterprise AI platforms, standards, and guardrails
• Establish and apply best practices for prompt design, evaluation, testing, and versioning
