About the role
With direction in the form of reported goals, supports the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility following the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
What you'll do
- Serve as the Industrialization representative, in all phases, on NPI/Continuation Engineering project teams, for both EA and FA
- Design, manufacturing processes and testing experience on PCBA BUILD
- Work closely with Build Team in ensuring build success
- Have strong experience on study and review of PCBA design for better cost, quality and process time, in accordance with takt/cycle time, yield performance
- Excellence on DfX (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) tools and optimizing the design
