The "Team Lead Business Operations "is part of GEBS Business Operations in India. In a high-paced environment, drive process development, competency & enhancement in the landscape of Business Operations, encompassing stakeholders across all four regions of the globe, leading to Efficiency in Execution
What you'll do
- Lead a team of GEBS Operations to ensure high quality results in Materials / Purchasing function
- Provide timely feedback to the Team & taking full responsibility including assessment, management and performance appraisals (PADR) of the team reporting to this position
- Take the initiative to work with team to achieve business goals
- Provide direction, assistance & collaborate with Team Effectively
- Works with region and internal teams (SSO, Project Managers, Project Engineers/ Admin / Product support/ Purchasing, Warehouse, Manufacturing Plants, Planning
