What you'll do
- Administer and maintain critical business applications such as GitLab, Artifactory and related DevOps platforms running on Linux
- Support developer teams and projects in using role-based access control and standard workflows for project spaces in GitLab and Artifactory
- Participate in the “Multi Region” initiative at the India site, including testing, performance analysis and investigation of bottlenecks
- Monitor systems proactively to ensure high availability, detect incidents early and perform root cause analysis
- Analyze support tickets to identify recurring issues and implement improvements that reduce manual support effort
