About the role
In this role, you will oversee the company's credit control processes, ensure adherence to credit policies, minimize bad debts, and maintain healthy cash flow.
What you'll do
- Collect payments from customers based on submitted bills and track pending payments
- Submit bills for the payment process and follow up via email, phone, and in-person visits
- Maintain transaction data in Excel and submit invoices monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly through email and physical visits
- Monitor and reconcile receivables accounts on a monthly basis
- Prepare and present reports, meeting monthly collection targets
