What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Assess candidate experience, technical exposure, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
