About the role
As a Metal Fabrication Supervisor, you will manage daily production activities and guide the team through cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing. You will be responsible for understanding Engineering Drawings, assigning work, checking finished components, and ensuring that every product meets the required specifications.
What you'll do
- Production & Shop-Floor Management
- Supervise daily metal fabrication, cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly work
- Read and interpret Engineering Drawings (ED) and explain the work requirements to the team
- Allocate tasks to welders, fabricators, and helpers
- Monitor production progress and ensure work is completed on schedule
