About the role
We are hiring for Home Credit as Tele sales executive. Salary 13000 - 20000 p.m Qualification Under-Graduate & Graduate Experience Minimum 06 months in sales/collection/calling Location Gurgaon, Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Bangalore
What you'll do
- Make daily calls to CLX eligible customers to convince them to apply for the product
- Collect all application details from customers over the phone and input them into Homer for evaluation
- Notify customers of the result of their application and in the case of approval, direct the customer to a CLX POS for signing
- Responsible for handling inbound calls from dedicated CLX numbers or CLX calls transferred from general helpline
- Assist customers present at POS for contract signing where the SA is not available. Call the respective DSM to send another SA to the POS
