About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes — providing strategic project governance, executive client partnership, and cross-team leadership at scale. This role carries competency leadership accountability: you define the governance frameworks others operate within, manage C-suite relationships, and build the capability of the project management team.
What you'll do
- Lead programmes not just projects — own large, complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes spanning multiple vendors, integration partners
- Define the governance model — establish programme governance structures, frameworks, and reporting cadence that prevent surprises across every workstream
- Manage executive stakeholders — own C-suite and senior executive relationships across both client and RA
- Drive strategic risk management — anticipate programme-level risks, design enterprise-grade mitigation strategies, own the programme-level cutover and go/no-go decision
- Build the PM team — coach Project Managers, define team KPIs, conduct performance reviews design development plans, and drive continuous PMO capability uplift
