- Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and proactive test case creation
- System Design and Scalability : Design moderately complex features or contribute to product-level architecture
- Collaborate Globally : Partner with distributed teams across multiple time zones, including product owners, stakeholders, and principal engineers
