- Champion the execution of the approved HR agenda within the business unit, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and priorities
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive manpower planning and fulfill hiring requirements in accordance with the business growth roadmap
- Translate the overall HR strategy into actionable initiatives within the business unit and ensure timely execution and monitoring of outcomes
- Lead the onboarding and induction journey for new hires, reinforcing organizational culture and ensuring effective integration into the team
