Marketing Manager

About the role

Marketing Manager for EV Flying Flea Business will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategy, improving brand awareness, leading the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, and working in close collaboration with the Sales, Service, and Brand teams for the implementation of marketing initiatives for India.

What you'll do

• Responsible for annual marketing plan while keeping in view the target customer segments [existing and prospects], marketing budget and overall business plan
• Lead the design of EV marketing strategies & campaigns across ATL/BTL & direct channels while keeping in view the demographics, preferences, purchasing behavior
• Define the media plan and channel strategy for all campaigns and obtain necessary inputs and sign-offs from various stakeholders in order to launch/run the campaigns
• Work closely with the Brand Manager to formulate and lead targeted marketing programs as per the calendar to ensure smooth execution in order to execute new product…
• Engage with EV forums, conferences, and government initiatives to stay updated on industry developments, network with key stakeholders
