About the role
Responsible for monitoring of all the commercial activities at the sites
What you'll do
- Prepare MIS and maintain records of actual expenses against budgeted expenses
- Ensure that reporting requirements like Profit &Loss, Balance sheets are prepared at project unit level aligned with HO requirements
- Responsible for raising construction invoice
- Prepare Payment Receipt Advice(PRA) on the receipt of payment
- Monitor and track Account Receivables as well as Account Payables on regular basis
