About the role
Address and resolve any non-compliance issues or discrepancies. Document and track project changes and updates.
What you'll do
- Oversee all MEP-related aspects of construction projects from design through to completion
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate MEP systems with overall project plans
- Develop and manage MEP project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Review and approve MEP system designs and specifications
- Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards
