- Advanced & Predictive People Insights: Move analytics from descriptive charts into predictive modelling. Run statistical evaluations on drivers of attrition
- Data Privacy & Compliance Controls: Enforce compliance with international and local data privacy frameworks (e.g., DPDP Act, GDPR)
