About the role
Assistant Manager – QA (TBR Curing & Final Finish) Drive process improvement and ensure product conformity to specifications and process standards, eliminating waste, defects and rework in-house and at the customer end. Complete 100% of planned process and product audits and close findings on time. Conduct parameter-wise analysis to identify deviation drivers and prevent recurrence.
What you'll do
- A. In-Process Quality Control
- Develop and implement quality control and inspection procedures for TBR curing and final-finish processes; ensure stage-wise product quality and standards compliance
- Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), review control plans, and support verification and validation of process changes
- Stop the line and quarantine affected parts during process deviations
- Promote quality standards and correct working practices on the shop floor
