About the role
Plan export container requirements as per the production plan from all manufacturing plants, on a weekly and monthly basis, across all Business Units (EU/US/ROW) Track daily export container dispatch and share daily container planning with plants (e.g., ~350 containers/month for the Ambernath plant) Plan export order delivery based on sales orders and stock availability
What you'll do
- Track daily export container dispatch and share daily container planning with plants (e.g., ~350 containers/month for the Ambernath plant)
- Plan export order delivery based on sales orders and stock availability
- Coordinate daily with Plant Logistics and FGS (Finished Goods Store) teams to ensure container dispatch execution
- Conduct weekly coordination with the Export Sales team and Country Managers for order review and monthly dispatch target setting
- Monitor non/slow-moving export inventory and coordinate with manufacturing and sales teams on liquidation plans
