About the role
The Division Manager - Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of supplied materials, components, and services across the supply chain. The role drives supplier quality excellence through robust qualification, development, auditing, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support Raychem RPG's manufacturing, customer, and business objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
- Conduct supplier audits and process assessments
- Drive PPAP, APQP, FAI, and qualification requirements wherever applicable
- Review supplier performance metrics and lead supplier review meetings
- Analyse supplier PPM, rejection trends, and cost of poor quality
