About the role
In this role, you will work closely with the President – Group HR as a strategic extension of the Group HR office, supporting key people and organisation priorities across the RPG Group. You will partner with business and HR leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, generate insights for leadership decision-making, and drive execution across Group companies.
What you'll do
- EA to President-Group HR
- Drive key priorities and strategic initiatives on behalf of the President – Group HR
- Track progress of critical Group HR initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, and drive timely follow-through and closure
- Support leadership decision-making through insights, analytics & structured tracking of critical people priorities
- Prepare high-quality leadership presentations, dashboards and management updates
