What you'll do
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives for Power Cables, Telecom Cables & Conductors across international regions
- Define annual budgets and develop strategies to achieve sales volumes and profitability targets
- Set regional sales targets (Exports), monitor performance, and provide guidance to teams for goal achievement
- Lead and manage the sales team to maintain and expand the approved client database
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers
