About the role
To carry out our FRD and ADL departmental procurement activities through SAP. To carry out Departmental Material destruction activity and maintain record for it. Capex, Opex, Manpower, NPD costing as well as DOER Checking and cost control Service entry and submission of bills and installation certificates to Accounts dept. on timely basis
What you'll do
- Prepare FCR for new capex procurement along with justification and quotation
- Monitoring and maintaining of stability chamber and data
- Provide necessary administrative support to new joinee and trainees
- Coordinate with Project, Maintenance, Engineers for any m/c repairing and furniture job, carpenter related job etc
- Coordinate with Purchase department for timely procurement of departmental requisitions and Finance department for FCR, Bill payments, project costing etc
