About the role
Preparation of equipment specifications, layouts, BOQ/BOM, and design calculations (earthing, DSLP, battery sizing, short-circuit, conductor/equipment sizing, sag-tension, etc.). Development and review of SLD, GA, electrical layouts, earthing, cable trench layouts, illumination layouts, and vendor drawings.
What you'll do
- Design and engineering of HV/EHV AIS & GIS substations (66kV to 765kV)
- Lead and mentor the design team, monitor project/tender deliverables, and ensure timely execution
- Manage and supervise draftspersons/design engineers
