About the role
To manage and execute assigned construction activities for high-rise residential buildings and villa projects, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, project schedules, and budgetary targets.
What you'll do
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities including RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, plastering, flooring, and external development works
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction schedules
- Monitor progress against project milestones and take corrective actions to avoid delays
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications
