About the role
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in finishing works for high-rise residential or industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, coordinating, and executing all finishing activities while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and project specifications are strictly followed.
What you'll do
- Plan, supervise, and execute finishing activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Manage finishing works including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, gypsum works, doors, windows, façade-related works
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, MEP teams, and other project stakeholders
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and finishing drawings, BOQs, specifications, and approved material samples
- Ensure all finishing works are executed according to approved method statements, ITPs, quality standards, and project specifications
