About the role
To supervise and manage all architectural and finishing works at the project site, ensuring completion as per approved drawings, quality standards, client requirements, safety norms, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve high-quality project finishes.
What you'll do
- Execute and monitor all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, painting, waterproofing, glazing, cladding, joinery, aluminum works
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure seamless execution of finishing activities
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets project and client standards
