About the role
Manage procurement of high-value, Consumables, Bought out and finishing items for construction projects. Handle sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization of vendors for: Tiles, Marbles, and other finishing materials Prepare and issue RFQs , analyze techno-commercial bids, and prepare comparative statements.
What you'll do

- Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams to understand technical specifications and delivery requirements
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project budgets
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, and contracts with suppliers
