A Rebar Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience acts as a senior or lead technical specialist. They oversee reinforcement detailing, verify complex Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), ensure structural compliance with international codes (such as IS, ACI, BS, or Eurocodes), and manage site or design coordination teams.
What you'll do
- Lead Detailing & Review: Prepare, check, and approve complex rebar shop drawings, foundation layouts, beam-column junctions, and structural elements
- Site & Consultant Coordination: Resolve RFIs (Requests for Information), coordinate with structural consultants, and inspect site rebar placement prior to concrete pours
