Sr Executive-A (Distribution) at RPG Group (CEAT, KEC, RPG companies). Preparation & Checking & monitoring the pre-shipment & post-shipment documents activities as per PO / Letter of credit and customer requirements.
What you'll do
- Preparation & Checking & monitoring the pre-shipment & post-shipment documents activities as per PO / Letter of credit and customer requirements
- Coordination with all stakeholders related to order processing / Shipment execution
- Coordinating with CHA & freight forwarders for smooth custom clearance and successful shipment execution as per INCOTERMS and in proper cold chain
- Coordination with Independent Inspection Organisation as per various requirements
- Communicating with customers on orders / shipment & attend to their queries, if any
