What you'll do
- Warranty Claim Review & Adjudication
- Review and adjudicate warranty claims in accordance with company warranty policies, PPH program contracts, commercial agreements, and applicable procedures
- Evaluate claim documentation, maintenance records, invoices, and supporting evidence to determine warranty eligibility and claim validity
- Verify claim compliance with contractual obligations, warranty coverage, technical requirements, and customer agreements
- Calculate and authorize accurate claim settlements while ensuring financial accuracy and consistency
