About the role
This position, Analyst - Digital Software Contracts, is for Entry-level Procurement professional. This role carries out processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis. It requires a mix of transactional, technology and organizational skills, and the enthusiasm to keep pace with RTX dynamic agenda.
What you'll do
- Maintain and update contracts in the Contract Management Systems (e.g. Contracts Tracker, Ariba etc.)
- Support and follow through to execution for MTA, MSA, Order Forms and NDAs and associated amendments
- Supports the preparation of request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages
- Assembles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information for analysis
- Responds to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure customer satisfaction
