What you'll do
- Act as a customer programs expert, analyzing fleet issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them effectively
- Conduct product performance and reliability analyses across the assigned fleet population
- Analyze engine field issues to support quality and safety risk assessments
- Evaluate safety-related issues and prepare materials for reviews with regulatory authorities such as TCCA
- Support enhancements to Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA)
