What you'll do
- Lead global payroll technology (DT) landscape, including production support and enhancements
- Ensure stability and reliability of payroll systems and timely resolution of issues
- Act as a bridge between Payroll Ops, HR, Finance and DT teams
- Evaluate upstream/downstream impacts across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and integrations
- Lead and manage offshore Payroll DT team; set priorities and ensure delivery
