What you'll do
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis VMC & Router machining operations, as well as sheet metal part programming
- Plan and support machining processes including milling, drilling, grooving, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting
- Prepare, review, and validate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions and SOPs)
- Collaborate with shop-floor teams to support job setup, clamping, tooling selection, and process improvements
- Use Siemens NX (UG NX) and Teamcenter to extract dimensional data and validate 3D CAD models
