What you'll do
- 1.Manages team of non-exempt DL and IDL employees, to meet customer demand and achieve 100% OTF
- 2.Sets shift goals, plans and schedules, direct and indirect labor workflow and organize teams to meet production schedules
- 3.Should be agile and ready to work in any shifts based on the production requirements
- 4.Leads Tier1, Ensure teams' conformance to organization policies and procedures. Ensures meeting regulatory requirements
- 5.Ensures all quality related items for all cells are complete and achieve FPY goals and targets
