About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager to lead a team of Structural and Thermal analysts while remaining hands on with Structural and Thermal Analysis.
What you'll do
- Supervise a team of Structural and Thermal analysts. Provide technical guidance, conduct performance reviews and foster professional development
- Define project scopes, estimate resource requirements, manage timelines and ensure deliverables align with product development milestones
- Surrogate modeling, Design optimization and Data-driven insights from simulation results
- Interpret simulation results and provide actionable engineering recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, testing, manufacturing)
