Financial Analyst - OTC

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial OTC Billing Analyst to join our Enterprise Financial Service OTC team. This role will support the order-to-cash – Billing process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer Billing and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in learning finance and accounting processes in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Process customer billing document in the ERP system as per defined policy and guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Generate and distribute customer invoices for correctness, ensuring alignment as per the guidelines
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding Finance/customer queries and transactions
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices or orders
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from international entities to resolve queries, customer issues and ensure smooth Invoice processing
