About the role
As Test Engineer, the person will be responsible for the analyzing project requirements, preparing test plan, documenting test cases, documenting test cases execution, and documenting defects identified during test cases execution. Test Engineer will closely work with development team to resolve defects identified during test cases execution and document defects closure.
What you'll do
- Test Engineer demonstrates knowledge in HR/Payroll domain, HR/Payroll business processes, functional, Integration and backend Testing
- Test Engineer demonstrates knowledge in testing cloud-based HR/Payroll systems or custom HR/Payroll web applications
- Test Engineer demonstrates proficiency in writing SQL, analyzing PL/SQL code and extensive knowledge in Oracle database and its schema objects, DBMS jobs
- Test Engineer has ability to analyze project requirements, prepare test plan, document test cases, test cases execution and defects in Jira
- Partner with QA team in identifying opportunities and improvements, Participate in QA testing processes improvements
