About the role
This position, Manager - Real Estate & Services Contracts, will provide Real Estate contracts support to the RTX Enterprise Services Partnerships team. This role requires a mix of transactional, organizational skills, and the enthusiasm to keep pace with RTX dynamic agenda. This role is ideal for someone with general familiarity in real estate—who is looking to grow through on‑the‑job training.
What you'll do
- Support preliminary contract reviews and assist in preparing documents such as MSAs, MTAs, NDAs, SOWs, and amendments
- Route negotiated contracts for appropriate internal review and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with Legal, business stakeholders, and compliance teams (e.g., OneTrust) to complete required steps
- Maintain accurate records and updates in contract management systems (Contract Tracker, Ariba, etc.)
- Manage DocuSign workflows and monitor execution progress
