About the role
The NOC Specialist is a seasoned professional responsible for managing complex network monitoring and incident response activities. What you'll do
- Lead the monitoring, analysis, and resolution of advanced or cross‑system network issues
- Manage and improve operational processes and small projects within the NOC
- Collaborate closely with network engineering, security, service desk, and operations teams
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of network technologies, tools, and standard operating procedures
- Follow established escalation paths and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs)
