About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Systems Engineer to join our CNS Traffic Surveillance engineering team. In this role, you'll lead the development, integration, verification, and certification of complex avionics systems that support mission-critical surveillance products.
What you'll do
- Lead the decomposition of customer requirements into system, subsystem, and component-level requirements
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Systems Engineers developing complex Traffic Surveillance solutions
- Develop and verify DAL B compliant avionics systems within the CNS domain
- Define system architectures, interfaces, and verification strategies for advanced surveillance products
- Develop tools and automation to improve systems engineering and verification efficiency
