What you'll do

• Lead systems engineering activities for Traffic Surveillance products throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements development through certification and deployment
• Translate customer, regulatory, and product requirements into system-level and detailed engineering requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of systems engineers
• Define and execute system integration, validation, and verification strategies for DAL-B avionics products
• Develop test plans, procedures, test cases, verification reports, and certification artifacts
