About the role
The SAP Basis Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, availability, security, and reliability of enterprise-critical SAP systems across a global environment. This role supports key business functions, including finance, order management, inventory, procurement, shipping, and engineering.
What you'll do
- Incident and Service Management: Handle service management tickets, troubleshoot system issues, perform health checks, and support break/fix activities
- High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Support SAP infrastructure design and initiatives involving high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Automation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate routine activities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance existing processes
- Gain exposure to a large, global SAP landscape supporting critical enterprise business functions
- Develop deeper expertise in SAP infrastructure architecture, system performance, and landscape management
