About the role
As Test Engineer, the person will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing test plans, documenting test cases, documenting test cases execution, and documenting defects identified during test cases execution. Test Engineer will closely work with development team to resolve defects identified during test cases execution and document defects closure.
What you'll do
- Test Engineer demonstrates functional and Integration knowledge of Workday Testing
- Identify, implement and automate test cases using Workday Kainos testing tool
- Test Engineer has ability to analyze project requirements, prepare test plan, document test cases, test cases execution and defects in Jira
- Partner with QA team in identifying opportunities and improvements, Participate in QA testing processes improvements
- Participate in daily projects stand up meetings and report testing progress, work stoppers, defects and keep Jira up to date
