About the role
You will be responsible for leading and scaling Rubick's international operations function, with end-to-end ownership of operational strategy, business performance, client delivery, revenue growth, profitability, quality, and team performance across international markets.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for leading and scaling Rubick's international operations function, with end-to-end ownership of operational strategy, business performance
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technology, Finance
- Be reporting to the VP of operations
- Build strong relationships with key international clients and act as a senior escalation point when required
- Work from Office – Monday to Friday
