Manager/Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition

About the role

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Rubick.ai across technical and non-technical functions, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, assessed, and hired within defined timelines. The role covers talent sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, with a strong focus on hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Drive Hiring TAT & Quality: Manage multiple positions while maintaining strong hiring quality, process adherence, and closure timelines
• Track Recruitment Performance: Maintain ATS data, recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, pipeline reports, and recruitment metrics
• Build Proactive Talent Pools: Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles based on current and future hiring requirements
