About the role
at enterprise scale demands a new discipline: Spec Engineering. Engineering Lead, you will own the methodology and practice of translating product intent into machine-executable specifications that drive AI-assisted development across all six Rubiscape studios. You will build and lead a small team of spec engineers, define the spec grammar and tooling standards used
What you'll do
- That govern how functional specifications are authored and consumed by AI
- Lead a team of 2–4 Spec
- Team’s capability in structured requirements writing and AI-first development
- Partner with Product Management
- And UX to conduct structured requirement intake sessions, converting product
