Senior Renewals Operations Analyst

About the role

The Seneior Renewal Operations Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for Renewal Sales Representatives, reporting directly to the Renewal Operations Manager. This role is critical in ensuring that all upcoming renewals from our installed base are accurately forecasted in the pipeline.

What you'll do

• Maintain CRM field accuracy and integrity for forecast/pipeline reports
• Perform regular pipeline scrubbing to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Master the intake, analysis, and resolution of administrative and operational inquiries related to renewals
• Address any system constraints that may impact renewal processes
• Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) effectively, particularly for stage management and pipeline tracking
